KAITLIN V. ROSENTHAL
Kaitlin V. Rosenthal was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. She graduated from Tulane University with a Bachelor of Science in Management degree in Finance. After working in commercial banking and corporate finance in New York City, she subsequently earned her Juris Doctor Degree with honors from Stetson University College of Law.
While in law school, Ms. Rosenthal was class representative for the Student Bar Association and won Best Oralist in the 2017 Stetson Law First-Year Appellate Advocacy Competition. She also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Paul L. Huey of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court in Hillsborough County, Florida, and she served as a legal intern for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Prior to joining Beytin McLaughlin, Ms. Rosenthal practiced insurance law with a focus on complex insurance coverage and litigation involving first-party property disputes. Ms. Rosenthal currently focuses her practice in civil litigation, defending health care professionals, hospitals, and other healthcare entities in medical malpractice litigation. She is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association and the Florida Defense Lawyers Association. She is also admitted to practice in the Middle District of Florida.
