Julia L. Dulko grew up in Knoxville, Tennessee where she attended and graduated from the University of Tennessee Knoxville with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She earned her Juris Doctor degree at Lincoln Memorial University Duncan School of Law in Tennessee. While in law school, Ms. Dulko served as the President of Women of the Law Society and Environmental Society, Peer Leader, and Deans Fellow.
