Piper A. Hurley concentrates her practice on defending health care professionals, practices, facilities, and hospitals throughout the State of Florida in complex personal injury and wrongful death claims. She also routinely represents health care practitioners in actions brought by the Department of Health and Florida Board of Medicine, as well as providers in administrative actions involving the Florida Birth-Related Neurological Injury Compensation Association. In addition to her experience defending medical negligence claims, Ms. Hurley has litigated a variety of general liability matters.
