Lindsey A. Lamb was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. She graduated with honors from the University of Tampa with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health, concentrated in Behavioral Health, and a minor in Criminology. She subsequently earned her Juris Doctor Degree with honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
